2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products
In rare cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, expired or if there is a valid medical reason for a return, we may consider exceptions. These exceptions are subject to the following conditions:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide valid proof, such as clear photographs of the damaged product or relevant medical documentation.
- We may offer a refund or replacement, as per the customer’s request, once the claim is reviewed and approved.
- Traya Health reserves the right to review and approve or deny such requests on a case-by-case basis.
3. Shipping and Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with the shipping process, such as delays or lost shipments, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the matter and provide an earliest resolution.
4. Refund Process
If your request for a refund or replacement is approved, the following will apply:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the nature of the request.
- Refunds for damaged or defective items will be issued within 7 business days from the date of approval.
- In cases of approved exceptions, customers may be required to return the item in its original, unopened, and sealed condition.
5. Fraud Prevention
Traya Health reserves the right to decline refund or replacement requests in cases of fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to false claims or misuse of the return process
6. Miscellaneous
In rare cases, there could be failures at the payment partner network’s end because of which a refund reference ID might not be generated. In such a scenario, please reach out to us over email. We will investigate and if valid, we will send a separate link (within 24 hours) through which refund can be claimed.
