Subscription Policy and FAQs

Welcome to Traya! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your monthly subscription to your orders at Traya (the "Service"). By subscribing to and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Subscribe & Save" or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. The Service

Service Description: Our monthly subscription offers a seamless hair journey with Traya, wherein you get unlimited access to expert consultations, and a free doorstep delivery within UAE every month, based on your recommended regimen. We will charge the payment method that you provide us at the time of checkout.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our Service. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Modifications to Service: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any part thereof with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
3. Monthly Subscription & Billing

Subscription Period: Your subscription is on a month-to-month basis, commencing on the date you subscribe and automatically renewing 28 days thereafter ("Renewal Date" or “Auto-Debit date”) unless cancelled.

Billing Cycle: You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis on your Renewal Date. Payment will be charged to the payment method you have on file with us.

Pricing: Our Service is not only free of cost, but rather it offers you savings compared to buying a one-month kit. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any price changes. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Samsung Pay and Tabby currently. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to that payment method.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to re-process the payment. If payment is not successfully made within 2 days from the Auto-Debit date, your access to the Service may be suspended or terminated.
5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through logging into your account on our website or by contacting our support team at +971 529314494. However, you need to cancel at least 48 hours before the upcoming billing date to confirm cancellation for that upcoming billing. You can continue to cancel it for the remaining subsequent charges in that case.

Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will stop immediately, unless it is within 48 hours of the upcoming billing date. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
6. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Creation: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Transmitting any harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

Interfering with the operation of the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.

Sharing your account credentials with others.

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Traya and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Traya, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

A. What is the Traya subscription, and why should I choose it?
Traya's subscription is a personalized hair regimen plan delivered to your doorstep with expert support and cost savings. By subscribing, you get continuous access to your recommended products, unlimited consultations with hair experts, and exclusive discount of 10%. It's designed to keep your hair journey consistent, simple, and effective.
B. How does the subscription work?
We offer a monthly recurring subscription, for the duration of your total recommended regimen. If you want the best results, we strongly recommend you to opt for a subscription.
We understand that you may not want to commit for the full duration right now, so you can also choose to buy a one-month kit.
C. What is the process of auto-debit?
You will always be billed on the same date for each month, based on the date of placing your first order when you signed up for the subscription. For example, if you placed your first order on the 15th September, your amount will get auto-debited on 15th October.
D. How much amount will get auto-debited each month?
Traya will auto-debit the first month’s kit value every month.

If your future kit value increases - you won’t be charged anything extra (however, if you manually add products to your kit while reordering, we will charge the actual amount)

If your future kit value decreases - we charge you for the lower amount
It’s our way of rewarding and giving you price protection while keeping things flexible.
E. Will my products be auto-delivered every month?
Yes. Once you subscribe, your products will be automatically delivered to your address as per your original billing date. This ensures you never miss a dose and stay consistent - key to achieving real results.
G. Can I modify/ cancel my subscription?
Modifications

Change of address: You can update your delivery address (within UAE) anytime until 48 hours before the date of auto-debit. Any changes within 48 hours before the auto-debit date will not be possible for the given month.

Cancellation
We would hate to see you leave, but we understand if you are moving to a sunnier place ;)
There is no commitment as you can cancel anytime without any charges.
Cancellations for the ongoing month would be effective only if the plan is cancelled at least 48 hours before the date of auto-debit.
